Randy Johnson could be in San Francisco's bullpen by the end of the week. He threw a simulated game on Monday and announced: "I feel I'm ready to go." Johnson hasn't pitched since July 5 when he suffered a what is being described as a "left shoulder strain." However, the Big Unit said on Monday, "I'm pitching with a torn labrum. It's not strained ... it's torn." The Giants are 3 1/2 games back of the Rockies in the NL Widl Card race.
