Phillies pitcher Jamie Moyer won the 250th game of his long Major League career on Sunday afternoon.
Philadelphia defeated Washington 4-2, with Moyer pitching six innings of one-run ball.
Moyer is just the eleventh left-hander to accomplish the feat.
He threw 102 pitches, allowing three hits and striking out four batters. Moyer is 4-5 on the season, and has 23 years of Major League experience.
