Royals manager Trey Hillman has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount for his inappropriate actions during the bottom of the eighth inning of his club's game against the Tigers on Monday, May 25th at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. Bob Watson, Vice President of On-Field Operations for Major League Baseball, made the announcement. Hillman is to serve his suspension during Wednesday afternoon's game as the Royals continue to host the Tigers.
