Yankees reliever Brian Bruney is coming to the realization that he'll have to pitch this season with arm pain. He made 35 to 45 throws Sunday and every one was accompanied by a burst of pain. "This is my 10th year in professional baseball, all of it coming out of the pen, maybe that is what I am now," Bruney said. "Maybe this is how it will be." Bruney declared himself eligible to pitch against the Rangers on Monday. "It's so quick, it's hard to describe it, it's hard to pinpoint where and what it is," Bruney said. "It's frustrating."
