Joba Chamberlain left New York's 7-4 win over Baltimore in the first inning on Thursday night after getting hit by a line drive. Chamberlain was hit in the right knee by a line drive off the bat of Adam Jones, and was later diagnosed with a bruised knee. After the Yankees put the finishing touches on their ninth straight win, Joba declared he is "100% confident" he'll start as expected on Tuesday in Texas. "He's day-to-day, so we won't really know until we get to that fifth day," Joe Girardi said. "In my opinion, he'll make his next start. There's not a ton of swelling right now, but I don't know what it's going to look like (today)."
