Jose Capellan was a long shot just to make the Astros when spring training started, but after an impressive scoreless streak he could find himself in the team's starting rotation. Capellan extended his spring scoreless streak to 12 2/3 innings after Sunday's game against the Braves. "He is stepping up big time," manager Cecil Cooper said. "I kind of had him pegged as a possible relief pitcher, but we have an opening in the rotation and he?s making a case?a good case."
