Astros shortstop Miguel Tejada apologized to the team recently for the distractions that his legal woes have caused the team. Tejada is accused of lying about using performance-enhancing drugs in the past. According to Houston general manager Ed Wade, Tejada's teammates "saluted him appropriately" with a short round of applause after his apology. "He was a stand-up guy for us all last season, and he continues to be," Wade said.
