White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen is confident in the team's coaches, who he feels are devoted to the club's success. "I trust my coaches. They are doing a tremendous job," Guillen told MLB.com this weekend. "I'm not going to say that as long as I'm here, they are going to be here. That's too early to say that, because maybe I'll fire someone in the middle of the season. "They really shouldn't be worried about anything. As long as they do their jobs, that's why they are my coaches. I pick them. I failed with them and I had success with them. Hopefully, we win and do good stuff to make those coaches look good."
