Cardinals' first baseman Albert Pujols claims that he feels "100 percent" healthy more than three months removed from elbow surgery. "I feel 100 percent healthy," the National League MVP said Monday. Pujols had surgery on Oct. 13, which relocated the ulnar nerve in Pujols' elbow. "With my elbow, obviously, there's some scar tissue there," Pujols said. "I didn't do anything for two months because I was rehabbing. I still feel it once in a while, but I don't feel any of the tingling that I was feeling in my finger, which is good. I don't feel any pain around my elbow in that area where they moved the nerve. "Everything is looking good. I give all the credit to our trainer (Barry Weinberg) and Dr. Paletta, but it's not until the season when you can test it and play every day. That's when you know whether the surgery really worked or not."
