The Yankees are reportedly making plans for a press conference to introduce new first baseman Mark Teixeira, perhaps as early as Tuesday. Teixeira agreed to an eight-year, $180 million contract two days before Christmas, but it has not been made official yet because he has yet to pass a physical.
