Diamondbacks' outfielder Eric Byrnes had a no-trade clause built into his contract last winter, but he appears to be warming to the idea of dropping the clause. "No one wants to be somewhere that they?re not wanted, so if it came down to that, sure," Byrnes said. "But I still have some value when I?m healthy and playing my game, which I believe I can do. I can never say never, but at the same time it would have to be some perfect situation for me. "I signed to play here. I didn?t sign to play somewhere else. That?s a lot of the reason why even when I signed the deal and had the no-trade clause put in there it was such a big deal to me. Because I?ve been shipped off before, I?ve dealt with that, been traded twice in a year. That wasn?t necessarily an ideal situation for me then."
