Adam Eaton is hurt. Again. Kinda. The Phillies revealed yesterday that Eaton, an injury-plagued righthander whom the team just signed to a 3-year contract, has been suffering from enough right shoulder inflammation over the past month to warrant an examination last Sunday by team physician Dr. Michael Ciccotti, who then administered a cortisone shot. He landed on the 15-day disabled list yesterday, backdated to Sunday, Aug. 11. Rookie righthander J.D. Durbin will make Eaton's start tomorrow in Pittsburgh. Lefty reliever Mike Zagurski will replace Eaton on the roster today.
