Bryce Harper wasn't in the starting lineup for the Washington Nationals for Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Indians, the third-straight game he's missed with a stiff neck.

"It's a spasm, and they've tried to alleviate it and it hasn't worked yet," Dusty Baker said. "So we just do what we have to do. Don't assume that it's worse than what I've told you, because it's not."

Harper left Saturday's game in the sixth inning.
