The San Francisco Giants have agreed to a one-year, $1.15 million deal with George Kontos, avoiding arbitration.
The midpoint of figures exchanged between the right-hander and the Giants was $1.1 million.
Kontos had a 2.33 ERA over 73 1/3 innings in 2015.
