The Pittsburgh Pirates have decided to keep Jeff Locke in the starting rotation for now.
"He still has a big upside," Clint Hurdle said.
Locke has a 5.34 ERA after another rough outing, but the Pirates will remain patient with the 27-year-old left-hander.
