The Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox have an agreement in place on a trade involving Jake Peavy and the Detroit Tigers, according to sources.
Jose Iglesias is believed to be part of the package and is headed to Detroit.
Jackie Bradley, Jr. and Will Middlebrooks are not part of the deal, according to Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports.
Another report has indicated that Tigers prospect Avisail Garcia is headed to the White Sox.
The Red Sox will likely get Brayan Villarreal from the Tigers in the deal as well.
The White Sox will get three low-level prospects from the Red Sox.
