Oct 31, 2014 6:37 AM
Ivan Nova allowed five runs, including two home runs, on seven hits in New York's loss to Baltimore on Wednesday night.
It was the right-hander's first loss in 11 months, since June 3, 2011. A span of 15 decisions and 20 starts.
Nova was one win away from matching Roger Clemens for the longest consecutive-victories streak in Yankee history.
