Damon's Deal Doesn't Have Opt-Out Clause

Johnny Damon, who should be a member of the Indians by Monday assuming he passes his physical, has received a Minor League deal worth $1.25 million.
He can make an additional $1.4 million in performance incentives, but contrary to some reports the contract does not include a no-trade clause or an opt-out clause.
Damon's playing time could decrease significantly once Grady Sizemore returns from the disabled list.
