Blue Jays, Janssen Avoid Arbitration

Right-hander Casey Janssen and the Blue Jays have avoided salary arbitration, agreeing on a two-year contract worth at least $5.9M.
The Blue Jays said Monday the agreement includes a $4M team option for 2014. It was not clear whether there was an additional buyout of the option.
