The Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club, a gay bar in Chicago, has named a martini after Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen in support of Guillen, who they feel is a friend of the gay community. Guillen was recently denounced for calling Sun-Times columnist Jay Mariotti a derogatory name that was considered offensive to the gay community. "The Effen Ozzie GuillenTini" is now on the menu at the bar and comes with a free copy of the Chicago Sun-Times "[Guillen] has been a supporter of the gay community," said John McCartney, one of the drink's creators. "What he said was no big deal, and we wanted people to know it's time to get over it."
