Rangers president and CEO Nolan Ryan returned to full-time duties Friday less than a week after being hospitalized because of a heart condition. Ryan, 64, was hospitalized Sunday in Houston because of chest tightness. Ryan has dealt with similar symptoms since undergoing double-bypass surgery in 2000. According to Ryan, the tests showed no significant change in his condition since 2007, which is considered a good sign. "I'm not planning on it," Ryan said when asked if he'll slow down. "Obviously I think he [his doctor] would prefer that I did, but he didn't come out and tell me that I need to change my lifestyle or something."
