The Yankees are sending pitcher Javier Vazquez to the bullpen. New York manager Joe Girardi announced the decision on Wednesday. Andy Pettitte will return on Sunday and join a rotation that includes CC Sabathia, A.J. Burnett, Phil Hughes and Ivan Nova. It is the third time he has been taken out of Girardi's rotation this season.
