Nationals phenom Stephen Strasburg will play catch Sunday for the first time since he was scratched from his scheduled start Tuesday night. He is currently on the disabled list with inflammation in his right shoulder. The catch will be on flat ground and "not real long," manager Jim Riggleman said. Strasburg is expected to throw a bullpen session on Wednesday, which will determine if he can come off the disabled list on Aug. 6 when he's first eligible.
