Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez left the team's win against the Blue Jays on Sunday in the ninth inning because of a groin injury. New York manager Joe Girardi said it was because of a mild right groin strain. "I'll be ready Tuesday," said Rodriguez, who felt the injury in pregame warmups. The Yankees are off on Monday. Rodriguez said he thinks playing 14 innings on turf in Saturday's loss in Toronto triggered the injury.
