If Randy Johnson decides to pitch in 2010, the Boston Globe writes that he'll likely stay on the West Coast.
He was shut down by the Giants last summer with a rotator cuff tear.
Johnson, 46, could return to San Francisco and look to notch the 125 strikeouts he needs for 5,000 in his career.
