Howard's RBI Streak Sets Playoff Mark

Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard has recorded an RBI in each of the team's postseason games thus far.
Howard's RBI streak of seven games in the same postseason is a Major League record.
"He couldn't pick a better time to hit good," Phillies manager Charlie Manuel told MLB.com. "It's outstanding. Keep it up."
Howard can now turn his attention to Lou Gehrig's all-time record for consecutive postseason games with an RBI. The Yankees first baseman recorded an RBI in eight straight postseason games that spanned from 1928-32.
"I just kind of gathered [last year's playoff] experience of just being more relaxed, going up there and being loose and having fun playing the game," said Howard.
