Diamondbacks pitcher Dan Haren wants to see teammate Brandon Webb back in Arizona next season. "I would love to see him back," Haren told the Arizona Republic. "He's more disappointed about this year than anybody, and financially, it's not that much of a risk. With the possibility of losing Doug (Davis) and having already lost (Jon) Garland, we almost need him to come back. If Brandon can be 80 percent of what he was before, he is still a Cy Young contender." The Diamondbacks must pick up Webb's $8.5 million option or buy out his contract for $2 million. The decision must come five days after the conclusion of the World Series.
