Red Sox manager Terry Francona is in no hurry to name a starting shortstop with an internal battle ongoing between Julio Lugo and Jed Lowrie. Both players were in the lineup on Thursday, with Lowrie playing third base. "Again, I think Jed has done a great job," said Francona. "We've moved him to third a few games. We'll continue to do that. Lugo got sick the other day. He's back in there today. They've both played well. That would be the best for me to have them both play well, and then we'll figure out what's best for our team."
