Wes Obermueller took a perfect game into the seventh inning and limited Washington to two hits in eight innings, leading the Milwaukee Brewers to an 8-2 victory over the Nationals on Tuesday night.
Brady Clark homered on the first pitch of the game, and finished with 4-for-5 to help the Brewers end a three-game losing streak. Carlos Lee added a three-run shot in the second, roughing up Nationals' starter Claudio Vargas (0-1).
Despite giving up just two hits, Obermueller struck out just four Washington batters.
