The Giants have officially signed a trio of pitchers to contract extensions.
San Francisco has rewarded starter Matt Cain, setup man Jeremy Affeldt and closer Brian Wilson with new deals.
"It just shows appreciation for the things I've done, and the way they run the organization," Cain said. "It shows that we can do something to benefit both sides."

Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum has a small cut on his right index finger.
San Francisco manager Bruce Bochy said the cut was small but acknowledged a "little concern" that Lincecum might not make his final start in the desert at minor-league camp Wednesday.
Lincecum did not mention the cut and said he felt about "85 percent" of where he needs to be going into his Opening Day start.
