While appearing on KNBR's Gary Radnich show, Barry Zito spoke candidly about several topics including his frame of mind.
"I'm falling in love with myself," said Zito.
Zito believes he made a breakthrough in his approach over the past six weeks and has found his old self again.
The Giants went 6-2 during Zito's final eight starts of the season. He gave up two or fewer earned runs in five of those eight starts and had a 3.15 ERA during the month of September.
