Twins Add Guardado To Bullpen

The Twins added depth to their bullpen Monday, acquiring lefthander Eddie Guardado from the Rangers for minor league righthander Mark Hamburger, as reported by Yahoo.com.

Guardado has appeared in 55 games for the Rangers this season, going 3-3 with a 3.65 ERA.

X-Rays Show No Break In Bartlett's Finger

Jason Bartlett does not have a break or fracture in his right index finger after undergoing x-rays, according to a report on MLB.com.

Bartlett was hit on the finger by Detroit's Fernando Rodney when he tried to lay down a sacrifice bunt in Sunday's 6-5 Rays win.

"Just have to wait and see what it feels like tomorrow," Bartlett said on Sunday night.
