Francisco Liriano has a clean bill of health more than a year removed from ligament-replacement surgery, according to a report in the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
According to the left-hander, who attended the annual TwinsFest over the weekend, he could give 100 percent immediately.
"I'm throwing all my pitches now," said Liriano, "Sliders, changeups, everything -- no problem."

Santana, who has the right to veto any trade to a team who won't pay him the kind of money he desires, has been the object of several teams' affection this offseason.
