Randy Wolf and the Dodgers finalized an $8 million, one-year contract on Tuesday.
Wolf gets $7.5 million next year, and the Dodgers have a $9 million option for 2008 with a $500,000 buyout. His 2008 salary would become guaranteed if Wolf pitches 180 innings next season.

The Boston Red Sox have discussed trading Manny Ramirez with the Dodgers, but are currently seeking more in return than the club is willing to send for the slugger.
According to a source, the Red Sox want three players, including Matt Kemp, the top outfield prospect in the organization.
