Royals To Wear Powder Blues During Select Home Games

The Royals are bringing back the powder blue uniforms this season and will even wear them during select home games, beginning on April 12th.

?We?re really trying to go after the big crowds on Saturday nights,? said Toby Cook, Royals' vice president of community affairs. ?And this will be a good start on the first home stand."

?The powder blues will make their debut on that Saturday night, but the team will also wear them the next day, as well. It?ll be the home alternate uniform which means we?ll wear them mostly on Sunday afternoons.?
