The Astros have pulled Wandy Rodriguez off waivers and ended trade talks with the Rockies, sources told ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney.
Rockies GM Dan O'Dowd was resistant to paying "full price'' for Rodriguez, a baseball source told ESPN.com's Jerry Crasnick. Rodriguez is owed $37M from 2012 through 2014.

The Rockies claimed Wandy Rodriguez on waivers from the Astros on Tuesday and the two sides are engaged in trade talks.
Colorado general manager Dan O'Dowd, however, remains resistant to paying "full price" for Rodriguez, according to baseball sources.
The left-hander is owed $37 million from 2012 through 2014.
The Astros have until 1 p.m. ET Thursday to complete a trade for the 32-year-old pitcher or pull him back off waivers and keep him.

The Rockies are reportedly the team that claimed Astros left-hander Wandy Rodriguez off waivers on Tuesday.
Houston has 48 hours to work out a deal, or they could let him go to Colorado in exchange for a $20,000 waiver claim.
