Free-agent closer Brian Fuentes feels as though he would fit in well with the Angels, who saw Francisco Rodriguez sign with the Mets this week.
Fuentes said he sees "a great fit" with Los Angeles in a Saturday report in the Merced Sun-Star.
Other possible suitors include St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Detroit.
"Anaheim would be a great fit, being a California kid," Fuentes told the newspaper. "That would be my first choice."

The Tigers have agreed to terms with infielder Ramon Santiago on a one-year deal worth $825,000.
The agreement allowed the parties to avoid arbitration.
Santiago, 29, played in 58 games in 2008 -- his most in the majors since 2003, when he was an everyday player.
