Indians' Martinez Leaves Game With Hamstring Injury

Indians' All-Star catcher Victor Martinez left Monday?s season opener against the White Sox with a strained left hamstring, as reported by Yahoo.com.

Martinez suffered the injury while running the bases during the second inning.

Crisp Very Aware Of Trade Rumors

Coco Crisp says he has heard all the rumors that could have him sent out of Boston.

"Over the course of my career, I've heard a lot of rumors about places I might go, and I thought I might get traded," Crisp said. "Nothing ever happens, except when I came over from Cleveland (in 2006). So I'll wait and see, but I won't think about it much."

Chicago's Guillen: We Don't Want Bonds

The White Sox are not interested in signing free-agent power slugger Barry Bonds, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

"He can't play for me," Manager Ozzie Guillen said. "First of all, we have a DH. Second, my club goes by the rules - all 25 guys."
