Nixon, Arizona Agree To Terms

The team values him as an insurance outfielder.

Arizona's J. Byrnes, Hall Get 8-Year Extensions

Trot Nixon Auditions For Spot With D-Backs

Outfielder Trot Nixon auditioned for a roster spot with the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday, according to ESPN.com.

Arizona allowed other interested teams to attend the workout, and representatives from Toronto, Seattle, and the Los Angeles Dodgers were present.
