The Indians on Saturday agreed to terms with first baseman Ryan Garko and four minor leaguers on one-year deals as reported by Yahoo.com.

Garko, 27, batted .289 with 21 home runs and 61 RBI in 138 games for the Indians last year in his first full season in the major leagues.
