Kevin Mench signed a minor league deal with the Rangers on Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.

The free-agent outfielder will go to spring training with another chance to play for the team where he made his debut.

Mench had a season FIC of 85 and thus 'deserved' a $1.25 million salary. Because he actually made $3.4 million, Mench had a Reina Value of -63%.
