The Giants agreed to terms on a minor league deal with reliever Scott Williamson on Sunday and invited him to spring training, according to an Associated Press report.

Williamson, the 1999 NL Rookie of the Year, is scheduled to report to the team's spring training complex in Scottsdale, Arizona.
