According to the report, Knoblauch and his former Yankee teammates Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte were all drug customers of Clemens?s personal trainer Brian McNamee. Pettitte has admitted taking H.G.H. while Clemens is engaged in an intense public campaign disputing the report?s allegations that he used both steroids and H.G.H. Yet until Thursday, Knoblauch had not been heard from, the mystery man in what has become a national drama. ?I have nothing to defend,? Knoblauch said. ?I have nothing to hide at the same time.? |
