Could Rolen Return To Philly?

Philadelphia Daily News - Scott Rolen has a no-trade clause and would have to approve any move. He has battled shoulder problems for the last several seasons, enduring three surgeries since 2005. And his divorce from the Phils in 2002 was not exactly amicable.

But GM John Mozeliak called Rolen's current status with the Cardinals a "very delicate situation." Rolen's problems with Cards' Manager Tony La Russa have been well-documented.

The Phillies, meanwhile, are refusing to comment on the possibility of Rolen returning to the Phillies.

"I know it's become mode to talk about other teams' players, but we are not in that mode," said Phils' assistant GM Ruben Amaro Jr. [READ]
