Manny Ramirez broke the postseason home run record and Red Sox teammate David Ortiz tied another October mark Saturday night in Game 2 of the AL championship series.

Ramirez hit his 23rd postseason homer, a two-run drive to right-center off Cleveland reliever Rafael Perez that tied the score at 5 in the fifth inning. Ramirez had shared the record with former Yankees star Bernie Williams.
