Former San Francisco Giants and Chicago Cubs' manager Dusty Baker has interviewed with the Cincinnati Reds for their vacant manager position.

The Reds have been seeking a high-profile manager to replace Jerry Naron who was fired midseason. Interim manager Pete Mackanin has also been considered a candidate for the job.

Baker is a three-time NL Manager of the Year. He took his previous teams to the brink of titles, leading the Giants to the World Series in 2002 and the Cubs to the NLCS in 2003.
