The left-hander began the season 5-0 before losing his final 12 decisions to finish 5-12 with a 5.10 ERA that cost him his starting role. The Brewers lost the final 22 games Capuano appeared in, including 18 starts and four relief appearances. Capuano pitched better in that stretch, allowing four runs in 10 innings.
