Josh Hamilton's season probably ended in that sprint to first base Wednesday night.

An MRI taken Thursday revealed a mild strain of the right hamstring.

Hamilton will not accompany the team on the 10-game road trip that begins tonight in Milwaukee.

"Maybe," Reds manager Pete Mackanin said. "It's hard to guess. But I wouldn't think so."
