Mike Mussina pitched shutout ball into the sixth inning in his return to the rotation and the Yankees won their seventh straight game, beating the Blue Jays 4-1 Wednesday night.

The Yankees held their four-game lead over Detroit in the AL wild-card race. They trail Boston by five games in the AL East.
