The White Sox signed veteran left-handed reliever Mike Myers on Sunday, and he will join the team on Monday in Chicago.

Myers was designated for assignment earlier this month by the Yankees. He will receive a prorated contract for the rest of this season that includes an option for next year. The team plans to make a roster move on Monday.
